Because our coffee and tea are fresh, small-batch, and food products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once order has been shipped.
Each bag is carefully roasted and packed to order to ensure the highest quality and freshness. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot restock or resell consumable products.
That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
